Upon receipt of the package in your area, a notice will be left in your mailbox.
You will have to pick up the package with an identity card where it will be indicated.
We will post your order Monday through Friday.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON DELIVERY price
To calculate shipping and handling charges for your order,
simply put your items in the basket. For this you must have a member account.
Shipping costs include all costs, including postage, signature fees, packaging, handling and transportation costs from the Fitch Bay armory to the Magog post office, and from there, to your destination.
NOTE 1: It is very rare that the delivery price we charge you covers the actual delivery costs: we therefore absorb part of it.
NOTE 2: As soon as the package exceeds 100 cm, ex: a packed katana,
Canada Post applies a surcharge cost of at least $25
at postage rates: gas tax, insurance, signature, basic charges, etc.
NOTE 3: If we consider that the system is charging you too much shipping costs for an order of multiple items, we will offer you a credit applicable automatically on your next purchase.
Return of products / Breakage during delivery in order to be entitled to insurance.
If you receive a package with broken packaging:
1- DEMAND proof that the packaging was broken during delivery by Canada Post and take photos.
2- Take possession of your package, and be sure to bring proof of damage and photos with you.
3- At home open the package and take pictures of the packaging, and then of the item.
4- Contact us: we will tell you how to proceed in order to be entitled to insurance.
